- 2 oz / 60 ml The Pathfinder Hemp & Root
- Tonic or ginger ale to top
- Grapefruit peel
The Pathfinder’s wormwood, Douglas fir and angelica give it the bitter, resinous register of an aged spirit, which is why bartenders reach for it when cognac is missing. Its viscosity means it holds up in a long drink better than most.
