- 2 oz / 60 ml Lyre’s Italian Spritz or Free Spirits The Spirit of Milano
- 3 oz / 90 ml alcohol-free sparkling wine — Noughty Sparkling Chardonnay, Kolonne Null Cuvée or Prima Pavé
- 1 oz / 30 ml soda
- Orange wedge, green olive
