Clean V Apple Mule

- 2 oz / 60 ml CleanCo Clean V
- 0.5 oz / 15 ml fresh lime juice
- 4 oz / 120 ml ginger beer
- Pinch of salt
Build in a copper mug over crushed ice. Lime wedge and a mint sprig. Clean V’s green-apple-and-cinnamon character is the point — it meets the ginger rather than disappearing into it.
