Espresso “Martini”

- 1.5 oz / 45 ml CleanCo Clean V or Dhōs Vodka Free
- 1 oz / 30 ml fresh espresso, cooled
- 0.75 oz / 22 ml Lyre’s Coffee Liqueur Alternative
- 0.25 oz / 7 ml rich syrup (2:1)
- Pinch of salt
Shake hard and briefly with plenty of ice — the foam comes from the espresso crema, and over-shaking will flood it. Double-strain into a coupe, three coffee beans.
