- 2 oz / 60 ml Lyre’s Bourbon Alternative (formerly American Malt)
- 0.17 oz / 5 ml white sugar syrup (1:1)
- 2 dashes aromatic bitters
Stir briefly over fresh cubed ice. Old fashioned glass, orange peel. Note how little syrup Lyre’s calls for — a third of what Spiritless uses above. Lyre’s base is sweeter; don’t cross-apply specs between brands.
