PaNOma (Seedlip Spice 94)

- 1.5 oz / 45 ml Seedlip Spice 94
- 2 oz / 60 ml fresh grapefruit juice
- 0.5 oz / 15 ml fresh lime juice
- 0.5 oz / 15 ml simple syrup
- Soda water to top
- Pinch of salt
Shake everything but the soda with ice. Strain into an ice-filled highball, top with soda, stir once. Grapefruit peel to garnish.
