Puebla Old Fashioned

- 2 oz / 60 ml Almave Ámbar
- ¼ oz / 7 ml agave nectar
- 2 dashes mole or aromatic bitters
Stir over a large cube, orange peel. The producer’s own suggestion for Ámbar is neat over a big cube or in an Ámbar Old Fashioned — the cooked agave, caramel and cacao carry it. Almave also makes Humo, a smoky expression, if you want the mezcal register.
